Terms & Conditions
Our shipping policy is as follows:
- All orders received by 10 am EST Monday through Friday ship on the same day.
- Orders received after 10 am EST Monday through Thursday ship the following day.
- Orders received between 10 am EST Friday and 10am EST Monday ship on Monday.
Our return and exchange policy is as follows:
- We accept returned items for refund or exchange for up to 30 days after date of purchase. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales receipt.
- Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- For refunds, your credit card will be credited the purchase price, less shipping charges and any restocking fees, within three (3) business days of receipt of returned items.
- Exchanged or replacement items will be shipped to you within three (3) business days of receipt of returned items.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning items to us but we will cover the cost of shipping to you any items for replacement or exchange.
- You must contact us first for written authorization before returning any opened food items or any items damaged during shipping. Please see our contact information below.
- We will not accept nor reimburse for any returned opened food items or any returned damaged items without prior written authorization.
- We will not accept nor reimburse for any returned items not accompanied by a copy of your orignal sales receipt.
